Essential Duties and Responsibilities

a.) Responsible for the preparation of employees monthly statutory dues
to the offices like; BIR, SSS, Philhealth and Pag-ibig promptly and
keep all records filed accordingly.
b.) Provide assistance on any other clerical activities in the office.
c.) Maintaining and upgrading of filing system.
d.) Process all applications & renewal of permits.
e.) Keep track on all payment records from supplier.
f.) Ordering/purchasing, monitoring, storing and inventory on all office
supplies.
g.) Prepare and compiles company’s correspondence, memoranda,
agendas
h.) Initiates and answers telephone calls, screens and directs calls
i.) Schedules and confirms appointments as required.
j.) Process travel arrangements and expenses.
k.) Assists in setting-up events, if there’s any.
l.) Provide back-ups for all data as needed.
m.) To perform any other duties as requested.
